Match each field to a column from your file. Fields marked * are required — rows missing them will be skipped.

Each trade is split across multiple rows in this file (e.g. a separate open row and close row per position — common in raw MT4/MT5 account activity exports)

Group rows by

Pick the column that's the same for every row belonging to one trade — usually a position or ticket ID. Rows sharing a value get combined into a single trade: direction and size come from the earliest row, date from the latest, and Actual P&L / Fees are added up across every row in the group.
